A person reads every request. We reply by email or WhatsApp, usually with questions about the ASIN, the images you have and the product facts. If you do not have images ready, we can start from the product details alone.
If images are not the right fix for your listing, we say so and describe what should come first, such as a corrected variant structure, a pricing review or a catalog cleanup.
There is no public price list. Scope depends on how many images, modules and ASINs are involved, and on whether production is needed or only planning. After the first conversation we write a scope and a price, and you approve both before any brief goes out.
