A+ content planned as a visual story that shows use, scale and proof

We sequence the modules the way a shopper scrolls, so each one adds a view of the product that the images above it do not give.

  • Modules sequenced as one scroll
  • Use, scale and proof shown, not claimed
  • Claims checked against product facts

How A+ content extends the image sequence

A+ content is the layout area below the main product details. Shoppers who reach it have usually decided the product is worth a closer look. They want to see the product in use, judge its size against things they know, and find the proof behind the claims made higher up the page. The modules should continue the story the images begin.

We plan A+ content as a single visual sequence, not as a set of unrelated boxes. Each module shows one aspect of the product, with an image doing most of the work and short text that points to what the image shows. The result should read clearly on a phone, where the modules stack vertically.

Story beats we plan

Module types depend on your account and category, so we confirm availability first.

  1. The product in use

A sequence of images shows the product being handled, worn or set up, with short captions that name each step.

  2. Scale and fit

Images place the product against a known size, with the dimensions stated plainly in the text.

  3. Proof you hold

Test imagery, material close-ups or documents you have, shown only where they are real and permitted.

  4. What comes in the box

A clear image of the contents with a short list, so the shopper knows what to expect before buying.

How we plan the story

Each stage ends with a storyboard you can check.

1

Storyboard the scroll

We lay out the modules in order, with the image and the one line of text each one needs.

2

Source the images

We use images you already have where they work, and brief new ones only for the gaps the storyboard shows.

3

Write the captions

Captions are short, plain and checked against the facts, so a buyer could verify each one.

4

Review on a phone

We check the stacked layout on a small screen, where the order of modules matters most.

Limits of A+ content

A+ content will not hide a product that disappoints or a claim that is not true. If the images above it already show a fault, the story has to acknowledge the fault or the listing needs a different fix. We would rather say that plainly than build a module that makes the product look like something else.

Module availability and layout options change over time, and they depend on your account and category. We check current options before planning, and we do not commit to modules you cannot publish. We cannot promise a conversion result from new modules, and we do not design content to create a false impression.

A+ content questions

Do I need a special account to use A+ content?

Access depends on your account status and category rules. We confirm what is available during the review, so the storyboard only includes modules you can publish. If access is limited, we concentrate on the image sequence and the title.

Can A+ content use images of other products?

No. Each image should show the product being sold, or a clearly labelled accessory or compatible item where the listing says so. We do not use third-party imagery without permission, and we check every image for rights before it is placed.

How do you keep captions accurate?

Each caption is traced to a fact you supply, such as a dimension, a material or a contents list. Captions we cannot trace are removed. We ask for the source document so the check can be repeated later.

Will A+ content change my search ranking?

A+ content is mainly for the shopper once they are on the page, and it is not a search tool. Keyword placement in the title, bullets and backend fields is handled separately, and we say so in the plan if search is the main constraint.
