Page visual review
We look at what a shopper sees first, list the questions your pictures leave open, and send a ranked set of visual fixes.
The review starts with the images as they appear on the page. We check the main image against the platform's rules, then look at the sequence of the remaining images and the first screen on a phone. For each image we ask what question it answers and whether that question is one a buyer really has.
We then read the lower modules, if the account has them, and check whether they continue the story or repeat it. Where you share sales or traffic figures, we also look at which variant carries most sales, because a visual fix should go where the most shoppers land.
The review is a document you keep, whether or not you go on to work with us.
Each image with the question it answers, and whether the order matches the way shoppers decide.
Points where an image may not meet the platform's current requirements, so you can fix them before upload.
The first three to five changes, ordered by likely effect and by the cost of making them.
The product facts, rights and documents we need before a new image or claim can be briefed.
Four steps, and you are kept informed at each one.

We review the images and first screen on desktop and on a phone, as a shopper would see them.
Each fix is placed by the funnel step it affects, so the first change is the one most likely to matter.
You receive the written review by email or WhatsApp, with the open questions listed clearly.
We state these limits in the review, rather than presenting a guess as a finding.
No. The review can be written from the public page alone. Sales and traffic figures help us rank the fixes, and you choose which figures to share. We never ask for your password, and any figures you share are used only for your review.
No. The review tells you what to change and why. A shoot brief is a separate document for images that need to be made. Many sellers use the review to decide whether a new shoot is needed at all, and only then brief one.
We do not quote a duration before we see the page, because the number of images and modules varies. We confirm a rough timing when we reply to your request and keep you informed if it changes.
Yes. A draft set of images can be reviewed against the sequence and the platform rules before upload, which is often the cheapest time to fix a problem. Send the draft files with your request.
Four short steps. We reply by email or WhatsApp with next steps and the scope we would propose.
Send the ASIN and the images you have on WhatsApp. A short message is enough for us to confirm the review and ask what we need.
Please do not send account login details or unreleased designs.
